There are many ways of breaking a heart. Stories were full of hearts broken by love, but what really broke a heart was taking away its dream - whatever that dream might be.Pearl S. Buck
I've had a bit of that lately too. I know the answer is some time to gather my thoughts without stress, but that's easier said than done. Here's wishing you a beacon of enlightenment.
We all have our coping methods. Mine is reading. I find if I can get out of my own head for a few hours that things often seem to sort themselves out on their own. I've been reading a LOT of YA recently. And it is perfect summer reading: fast, easy, entertaining, sometimes rather trashy. I can totally immerse myself for a few hours and by the time I come up for air the world looks more manageable than it did before. PM me if you want some recommendations.~edieraye
I hate when this happens. Take some time to your self, meditate, relax, find the road map and then get out there and explore. Hugs, peace.
I think this picture is beautiful and serene and I hope you are the one that took it. Do you read books? if you do, I totally recommend the Eckart Tolle books. YOu probably heard of him because he was famous on Oprah, with his latest book the new earth and how to find your purpose.I had one of his books "the power of now" for five years before I read it, it took me that long, but now I am really happy I did.I guess it was a time for me to understand some things. The best to you.
